Description of Issue

How is the Identification field populated in the Issued Property program?

  • Payroll

  • Capital Assets 

  • Inventory Management 

Cause

Instructional 

Resolution

The Identification field is the Capital Asset Number or the Item Number, depending on the Type code the user selected.

  • If user selected Inventory, they can only enter items that exist in the Inventory Management module. 

  • If user selected Capital Asset, they can only enter Assets that exist in the Capital Assets module.
