Sign out on Tyler Community does not sign user out of profile

Description of Issue

When in Tyler Community and we go to the Sign out option to log off, we are noticing that the page will refresh but we remain logged in, why is this?

Cause

This is currently by design as www.tylertech.com and Tyler Community utilize the same SSO login authentication.



Resolution

As a work around, please navigate back to www.tylertech.com and use the Log Out option to sign off your profile.
