GA CPI using Mass Purge without affecting Assignments

If we use the Mass Purge option at this point, does it affect what has been entered into Employee Assignments?  We would like to wipe out all Period Records, including those with manual flags, but keep the Assignment data intact.

Purging GA CPI B-Records and C-Records will not delete or affect Employee Assignment records.  The Employee Assignment records will remain intact and will be available when generating Period Records in the future.

Note that the Mass Purge is based on find set, or the set of records you included in your Search.  All records in the active find set are deleted when the Mass Purge option is selected.
