Comments link on Vendor Main tab not functioning correctly

Description of Issue

Even though a Vendor has comments, the Comments link on the main tab of the vendor record is not lit up like comments exist, and the hyperlink number is not showing.

This is a Munis defect



Resolution

Please download MUN-424372 from the MIU/Tyler Deploy when available
