How does Years of Experience generate into the report?

The Certified Years of Experience will pull as follows:

• If ‘Use Service Checkbox’ was not checked on the Generate – This value comes from the Step field in Employee Job/Salary for the primary job’s base pay.

• If ‘Use Service Checkbox’ was checked on the Generate – This value comes from the sum of Total Years in Employee Years of Service, based on the Job Category ranges on the Generate screen
