Employee is missing in Munis - Not showing in Employee Master

I have an employee's name who was employed many years ago and I am unable to find them anywhere in Munis. I do not have the employee number, how do I find their records and payroll history?

• Munis
• SQL
• Terminated Employee Master
• Terminated Employee Detail History

The employee was in the Terminated data set.

Check to see if the employee was Terminated :

1. Go to Terminated Employee Master (Human Resources>Separations and Terminations>Terminated Employee Master)
2. Search for the employee's name. Click Accept. 
   1. If it returns a record, the employee is in the Terminated data set. Note their employee number. 
3. Go to Terminated Employee Detail History (Human Resources>Separations and Terminations>Terminated Employee Detail History)
4. Search for the employee. Click Detail. Select applicable reporting option. 

• Use How to move an employee from Terminated to Live Employee Master if the employee needs to be moved into the Live data set. 
• Can use SQL to find where the employee is located and what their Employee Number is. (Proj 0=Live, Proj 1=Terminated)
