TouchTime Battery Not Maintaining Charge

Description of Issue

When TouchTime loses primary power, the back up battery no longer powers the clock.

Context

Cause

Device's battery is no longer holding a charge.

Resolution

Device will need to be sent in for repair. Please use Create Clock RMA Case for further steps.
