Enable GSA Per Diem Rates in Employee Expense

How do you enable GSA Per Diem Rates in Employee Expense? 

Employee Expense 

• A key is need to retrieve GSA rates from their web servicers
• Register for a private key at https://open.gsa.gov/api/perdiem/
• Once the key is obtained enable Use GSA per diem rates and add the key to the Private GSA Key field 

Web Services will need to be restarted before changes are seen in Employee Self Service (ESS)
