Define option is missing from Field Sheet Report when accessed from Field Work

After clicking the printer icon in Field Work to open the Field Sheet Report, the Define option is missing from the ribbon

Defining has already happened when the work order was selected from Field Work

When accessing the Field Sheet Report from Field Work, no defining needs to occur.  Once the Field Sheet Report window opens, the user will just need to select an output option from the ribbon.
