Description of Issue
  • Employee Master Gender status does not have non-binary gender option



Context
  • Munis

  • Employee Master

  • Payroll Miscellaneous codes



Cause
  • Non-Binary code has not been added to Payroll Miscellaneous Code GEND



Resolution
  1. Access Munis HR/Payroll > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Miscellaneous Codes

  2. Scroll down to GEND - GENDER CODES, choose Accept

  3. Add non-binary option

  4. Save



Additional Information
  • While gender codes are a miscellaneous code EEOC for EEO4 Reporting still does not accept any codes other than M and F (Male and Female)
