Fast Clock In/Out Error 500

Description of Issue

When attempting to utilize the fast clock in/out functionality. Background settings are flagged, however when selecting clock in or clock out the ET Environment is presented with a This page isn't working screen. Error advised: XX.executime.com is currently unable to handle this request.

User attempts to clock in/out using the fast clock in/out link available on the home page of ExecuTime

Cause

Security Role has a default Clock In/Out pay code attached to it under the Other tab



Resolution

If fast clock in/out must be used, follow the steps below

  1. Navigate to System Admin > Security & Permissions 

  2. Select the Pencil to edit the role

  3. Select the Other tab

  4. Default Clock In/Out Pay Code set to none

  5. Save
