Actual Marital Status Codes

Trying to import data to the Employee Master but need to know what the abbreviation codes for the Actual Marital Statuses are. 

• Munis

• Employee Master

• Employee Import

• 2018.1 +

System functioning as designed, the Actual Marital Status codes are hard-coded.

The codes and status are as follows:

• Registered Domestic Partner = B

• Divorced = D

• Head of Household = H

• Married = M

• Single = S

• Unreported = R

• Separated = T

• Unmarried = U

• Widow/Widower = W

• Legally Separated = X

These codes are for the Actual Marital Status field in the Employee Master on the Demographics tab not to be confused with the Miscellaneous Codes program where the Marital Status is used for other things, such as benefits and reports.
