ExecuTime Straight Time Overtime

How do you set up a new rule / policy to change regular time to Overtime Regular under the circumstances where employee's time totals are over 40 hours but they actually worked less than 40.

• An example of this is an employee who worked the following hours:

  • Mon - Sick 8 hours

  • Tue - clocked in for 8 regular hours

  • Wed - clocked in for 10 regular hours

  • Thur - clocked in for 8.5 regular hours

  • Fri - clocked in for 10 regular hours

• For that week, their time should show:

  • 8 hours sick

  • 32 hours Regular

  • 4.5 hours Overtime Regular

  • Overtime Regular is paid at a straight rate but allows for tracking time over 40 hours in a work week.
