Invalid Impact Code On Pay Typ Description showing on the Total Compensation Report

Running the Total Compensation report and some of the lines under the Benefit Area have a message of INVALID IMPACT CODE ON PAY TYP

• Munis
• Human Capital management (HCM)
• Total Compensation Report

Checking the option Accruals As Earnings on the report define directs the program to include accrual pays as earnings, as well as benefits, but if the Pay Master does not have an impact to an accrual this message will show

You can either:

• Update the Pay Master to include an impact to an accrual
• Uncheck the option Accruals As Earnings and these pays will not be included in the report
