Incorrect life insurance rates displaying in ESS open enrollment

Cause

Old life table referenced on Enrollment Choice

Resolution
  1. Open Enrollment Choices
    • Menu > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Benefits Administration > Benefits Enrollment > Enrollment Choices
  2. Click Search and locate the appropriate Benefit Year and Enrollment Section code
  3. Navigate to relevant Choice record
  4. Click Update then select the tab Optional Life
  5. Update Life Table to correct table
  6. Click Accept to save the changes
