Unable to access Last Year or Next Year

User is only able to see Current Year data, not Prior Year or Next Year.

Where is the permission to grant access for seeing last year or next year?

User Attributes

General Ledger permission for Current Year and Next Year is not selected.

Permission to access Last Year and Next Year can be granted in General Ledger permissions under the GL Year Access tab.

System Administration> User Attributes

1. Search for user and Accept
2.  Select a role granting General Ledger access that would be ok to have change applied for all users in role
3. Click Edit Role below list of roles
4. Select General Ledger
5. Click GL Year Access tab
6. Click Update
7. Select Last Year and Next Year
8. Accept
9. Re-open programs/reports to reflect the change
