  1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > South > Virginia > Setup > Motor Vehicle Setup > Motor Vehicle Tax Relief Schedule
  2. Click Add from the ribbon and fill out the fields
  3. Select Accept to save changes
