Description of Issue

When an user tries to use a specific account code on a transaction she receives a message about available budget being exceeded. 

Account is in a budget rollup code and should not receive available budget exceeded messages.

Resolution
  • Please contact MUNIS Purchasing Support for assistance if the over budget warning only occurs on Requisitions. 
  • Please contact MUNIS Purchasing Support for assistance if the over budget warning only occurs on Purchase orders. 
  • Please contact MUNIS Purchasing Support for assistance if the over budget warning only occurs on Invoices. 
  • Please contact MUNIS General Ledger Support for assistance if the over budget warning only occurs on General Journals.
  • Please contact MUNIS General Ledger Support for assistance if the over budget warning occurs in more then one MUNIS Program.
Additional Information

Please test entering the problem account on a General Journal to verify if the issue only occurs in Requisition entry or if it occurs in multiple programs.
