Employee did not earn comp accrual time via payroll
Description of Issue
An employee is not earning their comp time accrual after the payroll was processed.

Cause
The pay code used in payroll Adds to an Accrual type (C-Comp) that is setup to transfer to another Accrual Type (4-Comp). The employee did not have the impacted Accrual type (C-Comp) in Employee Accruals.
Resolution
Add the Accrual Type that is used to transfer time to the other Accrual Type to the employee in Employee Accruals.
- Go to Employee Accruals (Payroll>Accrual Processing>Employee Accruals)
- Search for the employee. Click Add. Define Accrual Type, Table and applicable dates. Click Accept.
