Description of Issue

The Contract budget check when increasing or adding a line that contains a Project String appears to be checking the budget against the Contract main year rather than the specific year of the Contract account line.

Cause

This is a Munis defect

Resolution
  • Please download MUN-412196 from the MIU when available
  • If the contract change order must be entered, have a user who can override the Project budget enter the change order
