How to restore PROD from a Cloud Admin Backup

Cause

Munis ERP PROD needs to be restored from a previous backup file taken using Cloud Admin

Resolution

Please create a case with TSM SaaS for further assistance in the Support Portal.

Additional Information

A manual restore of LIVE through SSMS is required by TSM SaaS Support. Backup must have been taken within the last week or otherwise retained internally.
