Description of Issue

Customer is setup as a LessVPN site with no ASA and they need direct access to the DB server or Cubes Server or other internal Tyler Network Resources

Cause

There is no ASA between the client site and the Tyler Network, Tyler network resources that do not have a public facing presence are unavailable

Resolution

Any users needing access to Tyler network resources needs to use the F5 SSL VPN available at https://secure.tylertech.com
