Calendar Approval



Description of Issue

A supervisor is trying to approve a request via the calendar but when they select the entry, nothing happens.

Cause

Calendar approval of requests cannot be made under Employee Actions > Benefits Calendar.



Resolution
  1. Select Supervisor Actions

  2. Select Time-off Request

  3. Select Calendar

  4. Click the entry for approval

  5. Select Approve
