Unable to Approve Pending Request



Description of Issue

When attempting to approve a time-or/hours request, the page refreshes, however the request is still pending.



Context

  • Time-off Request

  • Hours Request



Cause

The Time Entry Position Update job edits the time entry which modifies the original copy that was sent to workflow and creates a new pending entry that is not referenced in the contract data.



Resolution

To be able to approve the request:

  1. Select Supervisor Actions

  2. Select Manage Time-off or Mange Hours Request

  3. Check the box for the request in question

  4. Select Reset to Pending

  5. Check the box for the request in question

  6. Select Approve
