Change Okta mappings to use Usernames

Inquiring if anything except the Email address can be used to authenticate in Okta

Our Okta configuration uses Email exclusively for authentication, and there is no alternative to this in our system. This email helps link users to their accounts across all Tyler products, and helps communicate permissions across a wide spectrum of processes, so changing the authentication type would sever this link and therefore is not possible.
