Year is missing from the Project String Detail Year Drop Down 

Project Budget Package Entry

The Detail Amounts Range is defined incorrectly 

To expand the year range navigate to Project Budget Package Entry 

1.    Enterprise ERP>  Financials > General Ledger Menu > Project Accounting > Project Ledger > Project Budget Processes > Project Budget Package Entry
2.    Search for the project in Project Budget Package
3.    Click Accept
4.    Use Left or Right arrows to adjust the Year Range around the Detail Amounts
