Development is researching why the MunisNet app pool is getting hung up under MUN-465053
This issue may have been resolved by the tickets listed in Error initializing the application when opening Purchase Order Receiving
SaaS Clients: Please reach out to TSM SaaS in the Client Support Portal to restart the MunisNet app pool
OnPrem Clients:Â
Access the Munis Application Server and open IIS
Navigate to <MUNAPPSERVER> → Application Pools
Search for XXXXxx.munisnet
Right-click the app pool and select Recycle
Verify that Bid Central/Items is no longer stuck on loading
