  • Bid Central & Items programs sometimes gets stuck on the Loading screen when launching

  • Bid Central & Items programs open to a blank page and no errors are received

Cause
Resolution

SaaS Clients: Please reach out to TSM SaaS in the Client Support Portal to restart the MunisNet app pool

OnPrem Clients: 

  1. Access the Munis Application Server and open IIS

  2. Navigate to <MUNAPPSERVER> → Application Pools

  3. Search for XXXXxx.munisnet

  4. Right-click the app pool and select Recycle

  5. Verify that Bid Central/Items is no longer stuck on loading
