No records found error creating the CT Tax and Wage Submission file

Description of Issue

I am getting an error trying to create the CT Tax and Wage Report submission file -

No records were found with the given options.



Context

  • CT Tax and Wage Report



Cause

State UI Account Number on the Period Records did not match the number defined on the Submission File screen. 

In order for a Period Record to be included in the submission file, it must have a matching Report Quarter/Year, Submission Number and State UI Account Number.



Resolution

If the State UI Account Number on the Submission File is incorrect, correct the define.

If the State UI Account Number on the Period Records is incorrect, re-Generate the Period Records with the correct number defined.
