Unable to Convert Overtime to Comp



Description of Issue

The comptime conversion box is not available for the employee to convert their hours. 



Context

  • Time & Attendance

  • ExecuTime

  • Overtime

  • Comptime



Cause

The overtime policy did not have a comptime policy assigned.



Resolution

To allow an employee to convert overtime to comp:

  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Polices & Rules Engine

  3. Under Overtime, select the pencil for the existing policy

  4. Use the Time Worked Comp Policy drop down to select the corresponding Comptime policy

  5. Select Save
