Description of Issue

Unable to Process Credit Card transactions after TC Upgrade 

Exception (System.ApplicationException): Failed to decrypt the value. Member Name:Project;

Exception Message: Failed to encrypt the value. Member Name:Decrypt;

  • Payguardian

  • Bridgepay

  • Credit Cards 



Cause




Resolution

The PayGuardian credentials need to be re-entered in Tyler Cashiering 

  1. Navigate to Tyler Cashiering< Administration<Credit Card Processor

  2. Click the pencil next to the PayGuardian credit card

  3. Re-enter the PayGuardian User ID

  4. Re-enter the PayGuardian Password

  5. Click Save

  6. Refresh Tyler Cashiering
