Description of Issue

A supervisor is unable to approve an employee's timecard and receives the following error:

Unable to Find Pay Period For Employee



Context

  • ExecuTime

  • Time Approvals

  • History



Cause

The supervisor was attempting to approve from under the Time Approvals > History tab.



Resolution

Approvals should be made under Time Approvals > Current or Previous Period.
