Business License Contact Info Business Phone contains Agent Operator Phone number

When viewing the Contact Info tab in the Business License program, the Phone (B) field contains the Agent Operator phone number instead of the Business Owner phone number

• Business Accounts

When an Agent Operator is assigned to a Business Account, by design, the system will use the Agent Operator Business Phone number over the Business Owner.

Development is currently researching and considering an enhancement to allow the Business Owner Phone number to be used instead of the Agent Operator.

Workaround is to not assign an Agent Operator to the business account

Alternative workaround is to click Update in the Business License program, and change the Business Phone number manually.
