Inactive PL Grant Amount lines are displaying when adding Grant to Funding Source String in Project Master

Grant Amount Lines that have been deleted from Grant Master are displaying when adding Grant to Funding Source String in Project Master

PLGrantAmount lines where ActiveInd=0 are displaying when adding Grant to Funding Source String. These allocation lines have been deleted from Grant Master and should not display. Issue is similar to MUN-430583 where they were displaying in Grant Master
