Description of Issue
Trace file cannot be run due to program closing
Context
Trace file
Cause
Program closes before the trace file can display to the screen
Resolution
Trace files can still be run.
In the Output pick Both Screen and File.
A path to locate the trace files will be displayed under the File field.
Take a screen shot to record the path provided.
These files are still generated even if the program closes.
The client's IT Department and they can locate them and send them to you.
