Description of Issue

Auditors requested a list of user permissions that were in effect on a certain date for multiple users.

Resolution

  • Munis does not have an option to generate a list of permissions for users as of a certain date.

  • In User Attributes, a list of all user roles/permissions can be generated by clicking Search, Accept, and PDF, but there is no option to select a date.

  • To view dates that permissions changed for a user in User Attributes, click View Changes.
