How to Remove or Delete Munis Printer Definitions

Description of Issue

Too many printer definitions and some are no longer used



Context

  • Munis

  • System Administration

  • Printer Definitions 



Cause

Old unused printer definitions are not being removed



Resolution

  1. Navigate to System Administration » Printer / Device Administration » Printer Definitions

  2. Click Browse from icon menu bar to display available printer definitions

  3. Select the unused printer definition which will highlight the row

  4. Click the Accept check mark sign from the icon menu bar

  5. A new screen will appear showing the selected printer definition information from step 4

  6. Click Delete from the icon menu bar shaped like a trash bin



Additional Information

System administration access will be required to make changes.
