Unable to See Employees Under Employee Time Summary
Description of Issue
Supervisors are unable to see the employees they are secondary approvers for under Employee Time Summary.

Security & Permission Role
Cause
The Security & Permission roles were only configured for the employees the supervisors were primary approvers for. Both the Employee Time Summary and Employee Time Maintenance access is controlled via the Security & Permission role.
Resolution
Select System Admin
Select Security & Permissions
Select the pencil for the role that needs to be updated
Select Employee Access
Check the box next to the Org Unit/Employee that the supervisor cannot see
Select Save
