Unable to See Employees Under Employee Time Summary



Description of Issue

Supervisors are unable to see the employees they are secondary approvers for under Employee Time Summary.

  • Security & Permission Role



Cause

The Security & Permission roles were only configured for the employees the supervisors were primary approvers for. Both the Employee Time Summary and Employee Time Maintenance access is controlled via the Security & Permission role.



Resolution
  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Security & Permissions

  3. Select the pencil for the role that needs to be updated

  4. Select Employee Access

  5. Check the box next to the Org Unit/Employee that the supervisor cannot see

  6. Select Save
