Description of Issue

The Trial Balance is not showing account details



Context

Account Trial Balance



Cause

Report was defined to print Summary amounts.



Resolution

Here are the steps to run a Detail Account Trial Balance report:

Financials>General Ledger Menu> Journal Entry/History> Account Trial Balance

  1. Click Search and enter criteria or leave blank for all accounts

  2. Accept

  3. Click Report Options 

  4. Enter D in the Print (D)etail or (S)ummary field

  5. Define remaining report options

  6. Accept

  7. Select PDF or other output method.
