Update Federal CFDA fields to Assistance Listing Numbers

We need to make updates to several fields in Munis to address the Federal change from CFDA to ALN. 

• Project Master 

• Grant Master

CFDA (Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance) has been consolidated with https://sam.gov/content/home and is now referred to as Assistance Listing Numbers (ALN).

To update the fields:

1. Navigate to Project Master or Grant Master

2. Click settings cog 

3. Select customize screen form

4. Update

5. Edit the Label Modified field to show ALN instead of Federal CFDA
