When creating a Payroll Warrant with any Run Type it shows Period Files Purged

When trying to create a new payroll warrant with any run type, the system is showing it as Period Files Purged. We also noticed a lot of older payrolls are also showing Period Files Purged.

Default warrants had the Period Purged field scripted to Y, so when any warrant was created it was automatically marked as Period Files Purged.
