Create Okta accounts for ERP



Description of Issue

Users from outside internal domain need Okta access to login to Hub/ERP. Commonly used for Auditors, 3rd party IT, and branches of operation not using the same domain and not federated in the Okta tenant.

Cause

Users not currently managed under the domain need access to ERP products



Resolution
  1. Login to your Admin Center as an Org Admin https://<customeridentifier>-admin.tylerportico.com/org/admin-center/dashboard

  2. Click on Identity Workforce > Domain

  3. Type in the domain of the user email - e.g. yourdomain.com 

  4. Click Save

  5. Click on Manage users 

  6. Click + Add User

  7. Fill in First name, Last name, and Email

  8. Click Next

  9. Check boxes for all necessary groups

  10. Click Next

  11. Click Save & close

  12. End user will receive an email they will need to click the Activate button to complete the registration. They will need to set a password

  13. Have end user login to Hub using same email address and new password
