Clicking the paperclip generates too many results

Clicking the paperclip generates too many results

Description of Issue

When clicking the paperclip, TCM presents multiple images stored in the corresponding Munis program, and there's a manual search for the desired document when adding new attachments. Previously we selected our document type first and then launched TCM. Why are we seeing so many documents? Has something changed?

Why am I seeing all these document types to choose from when attaching to Content Manager HTML viewer?

Context
  • Munis Version 2019.1+

  • TCM HTML5 Viewer

  • Multi-Launch Feature

  • Attachments

  • TCM Doc Types

Cause

This is due to the new feature of launching TCM directly (Muti-Launch) implemented in Munis versions 2019.1+.

Resolution

Please review Multi-Launch Feature. Previous functionality is still available and mappings can be managed accordingly to be used with and without the multi-launch feature.
