Payment Entry waived interest converting to negative Held Interest



Description of Issue

Entering a payment where on-the-fly interest is waived, converts the waived interest into negative held interest, leaving an unpaid balance still on the bill.

Cause

Has only been reported when Tax Year Settings is setup for Interest Routine 75. Other Interest Routines process correctly

Development is currently researching the issue. Contact Munis Revenue Support



Additional Information

On-the-fly interest, when either Paid or Waived, will generate an ACC Accrued Interest adjustment on the bill. The ACC amount should equal the total Paid Interest, Held Interest, and Waived Interest.
