Access to Payroll Detail History
Need an end user's permissions updated to access Payroll Detail History.
End User is receiving No Data Found when searching for an employee in Payroll Detail History.

User Attributes
Roles
User did not have proper permissions set up.
In order to gain access to the report three areas will need to be verified; Menu Security, Data Access, and Category Access.
Menu Security:
Access Roles: System Administration > Security > Roles
Search on the desired Role that will grant the user access
Click on the Menu Security tab
Click Edit and enable the Access box next to each program before clicking Forward:  enable the Access for Human Resources/Payroll > click Forward > enable Access for Payroll > click Forward > enable Access for Employee History > click Forward > enable the Access for Payroll Detail History Report click Accept
Data Access:
Access Roles: System Administration > Security > Roles
Search on the desired Role that will grant the user access
On the Module View tab click into the HR Management/Payroll folder
Select Update and define at least a minimum level of Limited access to Pay, Location, Org, Deduction maintenance access
if defining limited click into the yellow folder to define the range of Locations, Org Codes, Deductions to restrict the user
Category Access:
Access Roles: System Administration > Security > Roles
Search on the desired Role that will grant the user access
On the Module View tab click into the HR Management/Payroll folder > click the Category Access tab
Click Update and select the desired level of access for EMPLOYEE DETAIL HISTORY and click Accept
