How to establish the Budget Override Password 



Context

General Ledger Settings



Cause

Budget Password has not been set up yet



Resolution

To set up the Budget Override Password for the first time, navigate to:

  1. Financials > General Ledger Menu>Set Up/Chart Of Accounts>General Ledger Settings

  2. Click on Budget Settings tab

  3. Click on Update at the bottom of the page

  4. Set Up a Password

  5. Click Accept
