Description of Issue

  • Membership Sign-in processes slowly for busy locations.

  • Membership Sign-in shows the wrong Membership details when a citizen signs in.

  • Issues with Barcode Scanner communicating with Membership Sign-In page.

Cause

There are various bugs outlined in tickets with Development surrounding the Membership Sign-In Module.



Resolution

Upgrade your Parks & Recreation PROD environment to 2022.1.11 or higher.
