A user needs to be removed from HUB.

Cause

Resolution

  1. Log into Tyler Hub as an administrator

  2. Select the Gear Icon in the lower left corner of the Hub landing page

  3. Go to Administration

  4. Go to User Maintenance

  5. Select user

  6. Click Delete user
