Effective date reverts to original value during post process after being updated in proof

Effective date revered when posting GEN, GNI, or GCR from Journal Entry/Proof

Header effective date does not match any 

Work ticket MUN-321676 is open to review this process. 

There are currently two workarounds available

• Update the effective date on the journal lines so that at least one journal line matches the header value

• Make effective date changes with the Period option in the ribbon
