How Do I Add Employee Images to AWS Hosted Site

Description of Issue

A site hosted in AWS wants to update or add images to the EmployeeImages folder used by Munis and ESS.

Cause

There is no file transfer option for clients to transfer images to their environment when it is hosted in AWS.



Resolution

Please create a case with TSM SaaS for further assistance in the Support Portal and provide the images in the case or via Kiteworks if there are many images to upload. The files should be named with the employee's employee number and be in .jpg format.
