User Cannot Login to SAP Business Objects

Description of Issue

When the user tries to login to SAP Business Objects they get the error- Account Information Not Recognized: Unable to log on: Could not connect to server<Server Name>. Please check that the server name is correct, and that the server is running

Cause

The Server Intelligence Agent has stopped on the server



Resolution

Please create a case with TSM SaaS for further assistance in the Support Portal.
